Who I am

What is collected, and why

The free guide form collects your full name and email address, only when you submit them, and only with your explicit consent. They are used to email you the guide and, if you consented, occasional financial education emails. Your submission also records the content that referred you (for example, which post you arrived from) so I know what readers find useful.

Booking a call is handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy terms.

Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser to distinguish people from bots. This site sets no advertising trackers.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a private database (Cloudflare) and in the email service that sends the guide (MailerLite). Your details are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. You may also ask, at any time, for a copy of the personal data held about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted entirely — from the database and the email service. Write to the contact address above and it will be actioned promptly, as required by Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Clients

Client relationships are conducted through St. James's Place systems and are governed by their own privacy notices. This website does not collect or store client financial information.
